Deer or Elk Stew

2 - 12 oz Elk Steaks cubed (or some other type pf lean meat)5 - Large Carrots chopped1 - Large Turnip chopped1 - Large Onion chopped2 Tbsp of Flour1 Pkg of Onion Soup Mix
Fry meat and onions together
Once cooked add 2 tbsp of flour and mix well
Throw in a stock pot and cover with water.
Add turnip and carrot.
When almost cooked add potatos mix in onion soup mix and cook for another 10 minutes until all vegetables are tender.
Makes 8 large servings.
