Citrus Swordfish

2 large filets swordfish2 tbsp Olive oil with lemona dash of salta dash of black pepper1 tsp dried orange peel1 tsp basil1 tbsp parsley
preheat oven to 425
coat baking pan and fish with lemon olive oil
sprinkle top of fish with salt, black pepper, dried orange peel, and basil
bake for 15-20 minutes until fish is opaque (not see through) cut into fish to be sure it's cooked all the way through depending on the thickness it may need a few more minutes. 20 was perfect for 2 large filets
sprinkle with parsley and serve
