Vegan Tofu Spinach Wrap

Ingredients
.5 Small onion1 tsp olive oil1 tsp curry powder1 tsp turmeric1 tsp cumin1.5 slices lite tofu, firm1/3 package frozen cut leaf spinach
Directions
Heat oil in pan--add chopped onion and let the onions sweat out a little. Add turmeric and cook until onions are yellow.

Add tofu, curry powder, and cumin. Feel free to change measurements of spices for heat. Cook for 4-5 minutes; add spinach. Heat, covered, until spinach is cooked through.

Serve in whole-wheat wrap or whole-wheat pita (not included in calorie count).
