Tuna pie

1 can white tuna in water 6.5 oz1 can cream of mushroom soup, healthy request1/4 c non fat milk2 eggs 3/4c brown minute rice1-2 cans of mushrooms (optional, or do not use if you don't like)1 chopped onionMrs Dash's garlic and herb for flavor (optional)1T lemon juice
mix tuna (drained) and 1/2 the soup together. Mix in rice, egg yolks milk lemon juice onion,mushrooms and seasoning. Beat egg whites in seperate bowl until fluffy and fold into above mixture.
Turn ingredients into a pie dish sprayed with olive oil or other "Pam" type spray.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 25 min. or until golden brown and set.
Take remaining soup (or add 1 more can to this amt ) and mix with small amount of nonfat milk until creamy but not to thin. Serve as sauce over individual pie pieces.
