1.25 c. unbleached whole wheat flour or whole wheat flour2 tsp baking powder.25 c. Eggbeaters1 c. Unsweetened Blue Diamond Vanilla Almond milk.5 tsp salt1 tbsp splenda or 10 packets1 cup strawberries (diced) or blueberries or any other berry
Mix together ingredients and scoop by 1/4 cup or 1/3 cup onto skillet for pancakes or if you are making waffles use double in the waffle maker! Makes approximately 10-12pancakes about 5-6 waffles depending on size.
