Chicken Shish Kabob

Ingredients
Chicken BreastAsparagusRed PeppersGreen PeppersOnionsCherry TomatoesBarbeque SauceWhite Rice
Directions
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees

Cut Chicken into bite size pieces.
Cut veggies into bite size pieces.
Combine all ingredients in a pan, pour over BBQ sauce.

Place in oven and cook approx 30 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.

Meanwhile, cook rice according to package directions.

When done, scoop rice into bowl and pour chicken and vegetables on top.

Enjoy.
