Ingredients
500 grams sea bass or lapu-lapu fillet3 cups pak choi1 medium onion, chopped5 slices ginger root1 tsp black pepper, coarsely groundsalt to taste3 cups water
Directions
put water in casserole, add onion, ginger root, black pepper and salt to taste

bring to boil then add fish. simmer for 10 minutes then add the pak choi. simmer another minute. serve with steamed rice.
