Crockpot Applesauce Chicken over Brown Rice

Ingredients
10 boneless, skinless chicken thighs1.5 cups unsweetened applesauce1 onion, diced2 cloves garlic, minced1 Tbsp apple cider vingar1/2 tsp ground black pepper1/4 tsp ground cinnamon1/4 tsp red pepper flakesServed over steamed brown rice (5 cups cooked)
Directions
Put chicken in slow cooker. Pour chopped onion over it. In a bowl stir together applesauce, vinegar, cinnamon, black pepper, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Pour mixture over chicken and onions. Cover and cook on low 6 hours. Serve two chicken thighs and sauce over steamed brown rice.
