Hobo Stew

Ingredients
Polish sausage, kelbasa or smoked sausage, 1 pkg.2 lg. sliced potatoes1 lg. sliced onion3 lg. sliced carrots1 small head cabbage or 1/2 lg. cabbage1 cube chicken bouillon with 1 cup water OR 1-1/2 cup chicken brock1/2 stick margarine or butterSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Layer sliced sausage on bottom of large pot.
Sliced potatoes next
Sliced onion next
Sliced carrots next
Pour in the broth or bouillon with water
Cut up cabbage and layer across the carrots
Drain corn and pour over top of cabbage
Put butter on top in pieces
Cover the stew and bring to a boil. Boil over medium heat for 20-30 minutes. (after starting to boil you may want to stir a few times to prevent sticking).
