Tomatillo Salsa Verde

Ingredients
Tomatillos, 1 pound - peeledOnions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Jalapeno Peppers, .5 pepper Garlic, 2 cloves (unpeeled)Cilantro, raw, .25 Cup chopped*Sea or Kosher Salt, 1.25 tsp ()
Directions
Heat broiler. combine onion slices, whole tomatillos. Jalapeno pepper and garlic cloves on a backing sheet - broil until blackened - approx 10 mins - stirring a few times. remove and peel the garlic (discard the peel).

Process all ingredients until smooth in a food processor. Serve with corn chips.
