1 tortilla or slice of bread (i use sammi's lavash GF)3oz deli turkey breast (nitrate/nitrite free preferred).25c low fat cheese2 tomato slices optionalToast tortilla or bread. add sliced turkey, optional slice and place cheese on top. Microwave until the cheese is melted.
