vegetarian lasagne

Ingredients
8 oz cottage cheese2 c shredded mozzarella cheese1 pkg chopped frozen spinach1 egg1 tsp salt1/8 tsp pepper3/4 tsp oregano1 32 oz jar of spaghetti sauceuncooked lasagne noodles1 c water
Directions
1- put 1/2 C sauce on bottom of 9x13 pan, then 3 uncooked noodles, top with 1/2 of cheese mixture.
2- repeat layeers
3- put remaining 3 noodles on & top with remaining sauce and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, if desired.
4-pour 1 C of water around the edges of the pan, using a spatula to move noodles.
5-cover pan with foil and bake approximately 45 minutes at 350 degrees
6-let cool before serving
