Mexican Taco Pie Thingy

Ingredients
Directions
1 lb Ground Turkey1 box of cornbread mixeggtaco seasoningcanned or frozen cornmargarine spraycheese (optional)
1. Brown 1 lb of Ground Turkey
2. Cook with taco seasoning according to directions.
3. Mix the cornbread mix according to directions
4. Mix corn with seasoned turkey mix.
5. Pour cornbread batter into a greased pan(I use the margarine sprays instead of cooking spray. It adds a buttery flavor to the cornbread without the added fat or calories).
6. Add seasoned turkey mix into pan.
7. Add cheese if you desire.
This meal has plenty of flavor without cheese.

I'm making this for dinner tonight, and it already smells yummy. There are no baking instructions in your recipe. I'm doing 375 for 20 minutes. I used onion instead of corn, and I'm going to serve with cheese, lettuce and salsa on top. Should be good! Thanks for the quick and easy recipe! - 3/7/12
