Ingredients
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (seasoned and cooked)4 medium celery stalks, chopped1.5c light mayo1T curry powder
Directions
Season chicken as desired and cook
Cube and cool chicken
Chop celery

Combine all ingredients in food processor and pulse until coarsely ground

Makes 8 servings
