Ingredients
Cauliflower, raw, 0.5 head, large (6-7" dia) (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)*Besan, 0.125 cup (remove)Olive Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)*Green chilly / Mirchi, 1 gram(s) (remove)Ginger Root, 1 tsp (remove)*Coriander, ground, 1 teaspoon, 1 serving (remove)
Directions
In an pan, take the olive oil.Add the cut chilly and the ginger.Let it cook for a few seconds.Then add Jeera and let it cook.then add the onions and let it cook till it turns pink.Add coriander powder and chillie powder . Then add the cauliflower which is cut into little pieces and the besan and the mangodi.Put about a cup of water.
Let it cook till the cauliflower is cooked.
Serve with rice.
