2 avocados, mashed2 tbs salsa2 cloves garlic, mincedspritz of lime juicepinch saltpinch peppermexican seasoning to tasteoptional:chopped fresh tomatoshredded mex cheesechopped red onionminced jalapenoif you want more spice, add some sriracha!
mix it all up! drizzle the lime on top to keep the guac fresh and green, and for a nice citrusy kick.
i don't know if it''s true, but my fam always says that you should leave one of the guac seeds in the center of the finished guac to keep it from browning. regardless, it looks really nice! i throw the shredded cheese on the top for extra visual appeal too - obvio not if you have vegan guests tho!
