Shrimp Florentine with Alfredo Sauce

*Barilla fettucine, 16 oz (remove)Shrimp, raw, 14 oz (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields (remove)Garlic, 4 cloves (remove)Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 cup (remove)Cream Cheese, Fat Free, 100 grams (remove)
Cook Fettucine according to package directions. Buy the deveined tail off, shell off shrimp. Heat olive oil. Add shrimp, onion, garlic and spinach. Cook until Shrimp are pink. Add cream cheese and parmesan. Cook until well blended. Toss in cooked Fettucine. Serve.
