Mix * Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free All Purpose Flour 2 1/3 cup * Baking Powder, 2 tsp * Baking Soda, .5 tsp * Salt, 1 tsp * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp * Egg, fresh, 2 large * Canola and Soybean Oil, 5.3 tbsp * Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed * Lemon juice, 1 tbsp * Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp * Banana, fresh, 1 cup, mashed * Zucchini, 0.5 cup, mashed * Hersey's Milk Chocolate Chips 1Tbsp or 15g, 16 tbsp
Preheat oven to 350 and cook for 40-45 minutes.
Let cool for 10 minutes before gently removing from pan.
