Saucy Pepper Steak (Kraft Foods Recipe)

Ingredients
1 lb top round steak cut into strips1 Red pepper, sliced into strips1 Green pepper, sliced intro strips1 Yellow pepper, sliced intro strips1 Small onion, sliced into stripsCooking Spray3 cloves garlic, minced1 tsp black pepper3 tbsp soy sauce (lite or low sodium)1/2 cup Kraft BBQ sauce (original)
Directions
Makes 4 Servings

Cut red, green, yellow peppers, onion, and steak into strips
Spray nonstick pan with cooking spray
Cook peppers and onions on medium high for about 6 minutes until tender
Remove peppers and onions from pan, keep warm

Add steak, garlic, and black pepper to pan
Cook 2 minutes on medium heat
Add soy sauce to pan
Cook 1 minute
Add BBQ sauce to pan
Cook through

Add peppers and onions back to pan and mix in with sauce.

Serve over rice, on buns, etc.
