Meatloaf Burgers

Ingredients
16 oz Lean ground beef1/4 cup whole wheat flour1/4 cup whole wheat matzo meal or bread crumbs1 large egg1/2 cup chopped onion (or to taste)water if neededketchup optional
Directions
Form into 4 patties - they will be large! Cook the way you normally cook your burgers. I cook mine in a skillet and have added just a touch of water if they start to stick. A little Pam would do the same thing.

Simmer in gravy (or thinned cream of mushroom soup) if you wish, just remember to count the extra calories.
