Chilli tomato Sauce

Ingredients
* Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 tomato (remove) * *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 small (remove) * Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove) * Garlic, 3 cloves (remove) * Olive Oil, 1 1tsp (remove) * *Peppers, hot chili, red, fresh, 1 pepper (remove) * Granulated Sugar, .5 tsp (remove) * balsamic vinegar, .5 tablespoon (remove) * Oregano, ground, 1 tsp (remove) * Pepper, black, .5 tsp (remove) Parsley, 1 tbsp
Directions
Chop onion into small dice. Finely chop or crush the garlic.
Fry gently in olive oil - if it looks a bit dry, put a lid on the frying pan to create some steam.
Finely chop the tomatoes leave skin on but remove the green core of the tomato. Repeat with the red pepper and chilli, reomove some of the seeds if it may be too hot. Add to onion and slowly cook Add in herbs, balsamic and sugar. Cook on a low heat for about 40 mins until all the tomatoes and peppers are blended. Season to taste.
Serve with pasta.
