4oz Tilapia filet1 cup zuccini1 cup squash1 tsp mrs. dash original1 tbls kraft zesty fat free italian dressing
Directions
put Tilapia in baking dish, add zuccini, squash, Mrs dash, and Kraft zesty fat free italian dressing. bake on 400 for 20 minutes or until veggies are tender. serves 1
