Creamy Chicken Mushroom Bake

3 tsp Olive Oil1 c. onions chopped1 c mushrooms chopped5-6 Boneless skinless chicken tenders1 can cream of chicken soup1/4 c sherry1/4 c soy milk1 TBS Bell's Poultry Seasoning
Combine soup, sherry, soy milk, and poultry seasoning in a medium bowl. Saute onions and mushrooms in 1.5 tsp olive oil until lightly brown. Remove onions and mushrooms from the pan and set aside. Saute chicken tenders until brown.n 8 in Combine all ingredients and bake in a 8X8 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
