Brown Rice Pilaf

Ingredients
*Brown Rice, medium grain, 3 cup*Canola Oil, 2 tbsp Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Garlic, 3 tsp Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cupBroccoli, frozen, .25 package (10 oz) *Salt (table), 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp Sliced Almonds 1/4/ cup
Directions
Makes 3 servings
Heat oil in skillet and add onions, garlic and bell peppers. Cook until soft but not browned. Add brown rice. Add salt, pepper and broccoli. Add sliced almonds over the top for added crunch.
