Butternut Squash and Pear soup

1 large butternut squash, cubed4 pears, peeled and decored2 cups onion, finely chopped2 tbsp curry powder1 tbsp olive oil7 cups vegetable (or chicken broth)
In olive oil, sautee onions until soft. Add curry powder, sautee for 1 minute. Add butternut squash and pear, sautee 3 minutes. Pour in chicken broth, bring to boil. Boil 20 minutes. Transfer to blender, blend until smooth
