Homemade Corn Tortillas

Ingredients
1.5 C Water1 C Flour1/2 C Cornmeal1/4 tsp. Salt1 egg
Directions
beat all ingredients with a hand beater until smooth.
pour 1/4 C batter into a skillet that is pre-heated and immediately rotate skillet until batter forms very thin tortilla about 6 inches in diameter. cook until dry around the edges, about 2 minutes, turn and cook the other side until golden brown, about 2 minutes longer.
Makes 8 tortillas (1serving is 1 tortilla)

    I haven't tried reducing the salt, but I am sure it would be ok
