Sloppy BLT

Ingredients
4 c. hearts of romaine salad mix1 large tomato, chopped1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese1/2 c. real bacon bits1/2 c. mayonnaise4 tsp cider vinegar1/4 tsp. salt1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions
In a large bowl combine the salad mix, tomato, sheeses and bacon. In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper; spoon over salad mixture and toss to coat.

This recipe said to serve between two slices of Italian bread. We usually have small pieces of French bread toasted. We eat it as an open-face sandwich.
