Ingredients
Directions
100g or 3.5 oz steak (ground into hamburger)1 grissini or 1 melba toast (ground into powder)1 Tbsp milkparley onion powderbasiloregano1/4 tsp garlic (minced)salt & pepper
Preheat oven to 425
In bowl, combine all ingredients
Form into 1: meatballs (makes about 6)
place in baking dish or non-stick baking sheet and bake 10 minutes turning halfway thru.
Tip: I usually use a glass baking dish to make these as they stick less.
these can be frozen in a freezer bag and then warmed up before serving. makes a great quick meal with ""sauce" (a ground and seasoned tomato.)

Wonderful! I mixed the tablespoon of milk with the ground melba toast and some dried onion and dehydrated garlic. I let it sit for a while before combining with the meat. I also added oregano, salt, and pepper. I made tiny meatballs to put in soup. Very, very good! Thanks for sharing! - 6/14/11
