brown rice side dish

Ingredients
one boil in bag whole grain brown rice (2 cups cooked)2 cups peas (I prefer frozen but anything works)chopped onion (to your taste)4 TBSP soy sauce
Directions
cook rice as directed and drain
put rice back into same pan it cooked in (after you dump the water) saves on dishwashing :)
add peas, onion, and soy sauce and stir together

*when I use frozen peas, I add them to the same pan while cooking rice - great timesaver

makes 4 servings / 1 cup each
