Italian Shredded Chicken

Ingredients
3 lbs of frozen chicken breast1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix (dry)1 - 16 oz. bottle of sliced pepperoncini or banana peppers
Directions
MAKES 10 - 1 Cup servings


Place all ingredients in a crockpot and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours or HIGH for 4-6 hours.

When cooked through, shred chicken and serve. I like to serve mine on a whole wheat roll with a slice of reduced fat provalone cheese. It is also good over whole wheat pasta, and you can add a bit of chicken broth for a fast and easy italian chicken noodle soup. :)
