Ingredients
1 C. Orange Juice1/2 C. Mango1/2 C. Pineapple1/2 Apple1 C. Green Grapes1 C. Fresh Spinach1 C. Fresh Swiss Chard 6 oz Greek YogurtIce optional.
Directions
You will need a high powered blender (1.5 HP or higher).

1. Place all ingredients into blender.

2. Blend for 1 minute tamping down ingredients until mixture is smooth.

3. Pour into two 12 -16 oz. glasses and enjoy.
