Ingredients
Directions
Pasta, cooked, 16 oz Cabbage, fresh, 4 cup, shredded Carrots, raw, 1 cup, gratedBean sprouts, 4 cup green onions, 4 stalks slicedCilantro, raw, 9 tbsp Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp Cider Vinegar, 3 tbspChili Garlic Sauce, 2 tbsp, more or less to your taste
Cook pasta according to package directions. While pasta is cooking, shred cabbage and carrots or you can save time by purchasing a bag of already shredded cabbage with carrots. Slice green onions thinly and chop the cilantro and set all aside.
In the last few minutes of cooking the pasta, add beans sprouts to pasta water to par cook. When pasta is done, drain pasta with mung beans.
Mix together soy sauce, vinegar and chili garlic sauce in small bowl.
Toss all ingredients together.
This can be eaten warm or cold. I prefer it cold as a salad. Simple and easy!
