Chicken and Dumplings

4 chicken breasts still frozen32oz Chicken broth2 10.5 oz cans cream soup (I used chicken and celery for this one)1 14.5 oz can mixed vegetables drained1 15oz can diced potatoes drained1 tsp salt, pepper1Tbsp Parsley flakes (dried) *If using fresh you will use less Dumplings1 1/3 cup Heart healthy Bisquick mix 6 Tbsp skim milk
Mix soups and broth together and pour into a crockpot. Add frozen chicken, vegetables, potatoes, salt, pepper and parsley. Cook on high for 4 hours. Then remove chicken and shred it before returning it to crockpot.
Mix together Bisquick and milk until soft dough forms. Drop by spoonfuls into crockpot. Cook an additional 1.5-2 hours.
*For leftover potpies be sure to remove the dumplings*
