Chicken Caccitore - Slow Cooker

Ingredients
2lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into large pieces1 sm can tomato paste16oz can diced tomatoes1 c roughly chopped mushrooms2 bells peppers, chopped1 medium onion, choppedbasil, oregano, salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Lightly coat slow cooker w olive oil
Rub chicken w salt & pepper
Add all ingredients to slow cooker, stir together
Cook on low 8 hrs / overnight

Makes about (5) 2 cup servings.
Serve over rice, noodles or other grain of choice (not incl in nutritional calc)
