1 cup of Almond unsweetened milk ( 30) calories1 Cup frozen Strawberry/ I use Walmart1 cup of waterSplenda to taste
Take all ingredients except water and add to blender and blend. Add water until desired thickness. Makes 1-12oz servings all under 100 calories and counts as 1 fruit for the day. Enjoy.
