Vietnamese Meatballs

Ingredients
1.25 pounds ground pork1.25 pounds extra mean ground turkey1 cup chopped scallions1/2 cup chopped garlic4 tbsp fish sauce4 tbsp corn starch4 tbsp brown sugar2 tbsp soy sauceminced Thai basil to taste (1/4 cup recommended)
Directions
combine all ingredients in large bowl. Divide into three batches and pulse in food processor into a smooth paste forms. Place all batches into another bowl, form into small meatballs (coat hands with oil before forming). Should make 20 balls. Place under broiler or on grill and cook for 3-5 per side, for a total of 15 minutes.
