Lean Beef Stroganoff

1 lb boneless beef top road, cubed1 cup beef broth1/3 cup dry sherry1 small onion, chopped2 garlic cloves, minced1/2 tsp dried oregano1/4 tsp salt1/8 tsp dried thyme1 bay leaf1/2 cut fat-free sour cream1/4 cup all purpose flour2 tbsp water
1. Mid the beef, brother, sherry, onion, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, thyme, and bay leaf in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on high until the beef is tender 4-5 hours.
2. Mix the sour cream, flour, and water in a bowl. Stir about 1 cup of the hot liquid into the sour cream mixture, then stir the sour cream mixture into the stroganoff. Cover and cook until thick and bubbling about 30 minutes. Discard the bay leaf before serving.
