Ingredients
Sosmix, 700 gram(s) Flax Seed Powder Organic tradition Sprouted, 8 tbsp Cereal Blue Menu Steel Cut Oats, 2 cups cookedHunt's Ketchup, 8 tbsp Soup Lipton Onion Dry, 39 gram(s) Vegetable Broth Imagine Low Sodium Organic, 2 cup Onions, raw, 3 cup, chopped Mushrooms, fresh, 4 cup, pieces or slices
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Form into roast shape. Spray lightly with Pam. Bake in Covered Roaster at 350 for 2 hours. Cut into 4 and then each quarter into 4 for 16 servings. Serve wih vegan gravy.
