Oatmeal Bread Loaf

Ingredients
2c. whole wheat flour1c. all purpose flour1c. quick oats1t. each salt, baking soda, baking powder2T. molasses1/8c. apple sauce2c. fat free milk
Directions
Sift all dry ing. together, add in oats. Make a well in center of dry ing, add all wet. Stir together.Knead 10 times. bake at 350 in a loaf pan sprayed with non stick spray for about 30 min. Custimize to your own liking with dry fruit nuts or seeds.
