Pico de Gallo (Fresh Salsa)

Ingredients
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 plum tomato Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped Cilantro, raw, 1 tbspSerrano Peppers, 1-2 peppersLime Juice, .5 lime yields Salt, 1 dash
Directions
Finely chop all ingredients and mix in a bowl, salt to taste. Can be served immediately or left to sit overnight covered in fridge. Flavor will be stronger the longer it is left to sit.
