tuna mushroom patty

Ingredients
1 can chicken of the sea solid white tuna (~0.62 cups)1 fresh whole egg2 tbsp raw chopped onion1 clove garlic, minced1 medium mushroom, diced1 slice white bread (~31 grams) chopped finelyjuice from 1/2 of a lemon1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper (or to taste)1/2 tsp olive oil
Directions
mix all ingredients (except oil) together. form into patties by hand.

in a nonstick pan, heat the oil. cook the patties until brown and able to hold its own shape.
