Ingredients
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Coconut Oil 1 lemon yields Lemon Juice 14 oz Pink Salmon (canned) 0.5 cup bread crumbs
Directions
Mix all the ingredients well. Form into patties. Heat oil in a pan on medium high heat. Pan fry each patty until cooked through.
