Fatoosh Dressing

Ingredients
Sumac powder, 2 tbsp EV Olive Oil, 4 tbsp *Lemon Juice, .25 cup Scallions, raw, 1 medium (4-1/8" long) Pepper, black, .25 tbsp Salt, .5 tbsp Garlic, 1 clove
Directions
chop scallion and mix all ingredients. Store in refrigerator.

Serve with pita bread and salad mixed with cucumbers and tomatoes
