Chicken, Bean and Veggie Salad

Ingredients
500 grams cooked boneless skinless chicken breastI can beans of your choice, drained and rinsed2 med. tomatoes, sliced1 small cucumber, diced50 grams feta, dicedI avocado peeled and diced4 tbsp olive oil1/2 tsp salt (can leave out)1/8 tsp black pepper1/2 cup plain greek yogurt1/2 tsp Italian seasoning or mixed herbs
Directions
Dice cooked chicken, tomato, cucumber, avocado and feta. Add olive oil and seasonings, mix well. Add a big dollop plain yogurt to each serving. Makes 6 servings....good on crispy bread rolls (calories not included), or as a wrap, or just as salad.
