Amaranth, Quinoa and corn chowder

Ingredients
1 cup onion1 cup celery.5 cup red bell pepper4 cup frozen corn.25 cup quinoa.5 cup amaranth1 cup plain soy milk1/4 tsp thyme1/4 tsp saltfresh parsley
Directions
1. saute onion and celery with salt. 5 min
2. stir in amaranth, quinoa and 3 cups water. Add thyme. Bring to a boil 10 min.
3. In a blender blend 3 cups corn with 1 cup water. Add puree and remaining corn to quinoa and amaranth. Simmer 3-5 min.
4. Stir in Milk.
