Ingredients
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Spray baking sheets with canola cooking sprayWhisk together one small can of pumpkin, 1 and 1/2 cups of splenda brown sugar, greek yogurt, canola oil, and vanilla then add raisins.In a separate bowl mix the whole wheat pastry flour, spices, baking soda and salt. Blend dry and wet ingredients together with a wooden spoon.Drop by tablespoons onto greased cookie sheet and bake for about 12-15 min until lightly browned and cool on a wire rack.
