Ingredients
I used 7 Tilapia Fillets2 eggsapprox 2 cups + Grated Parmesan Cheesegarlic powdersalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Take each tilapia and roll it in egg mixture...

Then coat each filet in the parmesean / garlic/salt & pepper mixture

Then bake in oven until golden brown and crusty (approx 30 mix ) depends......
