Turkey meatballs

Ingredients
one lb ground turkey2 slices white bread1/4 cup two % milkone egg1 tp fennelsalt and pepper to taste1/4 tsp red pepper flakes1 oz red wine
Directions
mix all ingrediants. can omit any of the spices you dislike, but my mom always used lots of garlic and fennel in her meat balls. the win adds depth of flavor. I made 16 balls and each would be 74 calories. I don't add fat, and it is not missed. do not over mix..but add bread to milk..then to meat. add rest of ingrediants and form into balls. you can either roast on sprayed pan or cook in one tb of olive oil on stove. let one side brown well, before turning. Add to your sauce to finish. more flavor the next day.
