Wild Rice & Barley with Pomegranate Seeds

Ingredients
1/3 c. wild rice1/4 c. uncooked quick barley1 3/4 c. chicken broth2 t. olive oil2 small onions, diced1/2 c. pomegranate arils
Directions
Saute onion in olive oil, then add broth and bring to a boil. Add wild rice in broth , cover and simmer for 45-50 minutes. Add barley and cook another 10 minutes. While the rice is cooking, seed the pomegranate and when it is done, stir it in. Serve warm.
