Creamy Corn Casserole

Ingredients
2 bags (16 oz each) frozen kernel corn8 oz. low fat or fat free cream cheese1/2 cup fat free half-and-half1 tsp. kosher salt1/2 tsp. black pepper1/2 tsp. paprika
Directions
Makes 6 - 8 servings

In a glass baking dish, microwave cream cheese and half-and-half until creamy (about 60 seconds). Stir in corn, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle paprika over the top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
